In neglected tropical disease (NTD) programmes, beneficiary feedback mechanisms can be utilised to enhance programme quality and strengthen health outcomes by promoting the participation and empowerment of local stakeholders.
This commentary reflects on the experiences of the Ascend programme in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Nigeria in adapting existing NTD tools to embed beneficiary feedback mechanisms into the NTD programme.
